You need to find the SPICE model of the component you would like to add and then follow the instructions for creating a custom component, that you can find in the following link:

Hi,

I would recommend contacting the vendor(ex: Texas Instruments) and request the Spice model. After that, follow the document posted above to add a new component to Multisim.
