wrong readings/interference AI?

I'm trying to connect a waveform generator to my PCI-6115, in order to test my Labview program. When I only acquire data from one channel, I acquire a good sinus wave. But when I acquire data from 2 channels(from two waveform generators) I get wrong readings. Is there any interference between the channels?
Last but not least, how should I connect the signals from the Waveform generator(signal/gnd) to my multifunction card(ACH0+,ACH0-,ACH0GND)? what configuration should I use RSE, NRSE ou differential?

Thanks in advance,

pmad

In order to minimize signal interference, it would be best to use differential connections for all of your AI measurements.

There are several knowledge base articles which discuss wiring and noise considerations much better than I could explain.
Here are links to a couple:

I hope this helps !
