unknown LPT1

Hi

I am trying to transfer some one's LabVIEW 7.1 in WinXP system to a new computer with Win7 system.

I have installed all the necessary drivers (I believe), but I did not get any response from my instruments. I compare the old MAX and the new MAX, finding that the LPT1 port in my new system is not working. How can I fix it?

BTW:

I used M series multifunctional  DAQ  card with two ports.

What does a printer port have to do with M series DAQ?

The error symbol usually indicates that a printer port is not present.
