I need to find the tktdsxxx.llb I have been told by tektronics that it is on ni's website somewhere. I can not find it. Help...

Here is a link to the Instrument Driver Network on our website. You can find instrument drivers for most common laboratory instruments (scopes, DMMs, power supplies, etc.).
