storage DAQ measurement with each sampling time

Hello to all ,
I am using a PXI system with a DAQ card, I am be able to storage de data in one data file, but I need to  storage  not only the data, I need storage  each sample time too.
Also I need two storage they in two different columns with tab separator between the data and the each sample time.
If someone could to help me, please

LabVIEW, CVI??

Note: This wil be sufficient if you are performing single point acquisition with your DAQ card
