sampling rate 6008

I was gonna sample one channel at 10000Hz (set in the WIZARD) using the NI USB 6008. The then gathered data is to be formatted and written into a file. I dont get better results that about 2000 values per 10 s at expected 100000 in my file. My connected hardware is a Celeron 800 Mhz.  

Who has similar problems or knows help?

I think your connection to the USB is slowing down your acquisition. Instead of acquiring data one at a time; try to acquire data slowly, but acquire more data at a time. From your "DAQmxBase Read.vi", set it to "Analog 2D DBL N Chan N Samp".
