resistance to displacement convertion

Any one knw how to convert the resistance value into displacement in (cm)  by using labview. 

i'm using NI USB-9481 DAQ card by this acquire resistance value (5k) want to show in correspondence dispacement value.

for exg :if resistance 1.5k is equel to 10mm. so it show only the displacement value.

 pls help me for this one.....!  :
