Did you mean:

"Windows does not have a driver associated with your device." Labview 2023/cDAQ 2023 Q3 - cDAQ-9173

Solved!
Go to solution

I usually use a cDAQ 9174 chassis with the usb type "B" connection, but the 9173's were $500 cheaper and the salesman said it was the same except the USB connection is type "c".  So I bought two of them and now Ni-Max doesn't recognize it.  I'm using Windows 10 pro and Labview 2023/cDAQ 2023 Q3.  In ni max it says: "Windows does not have a driver associated with your device."

Any help on why its not working, or what drivers I do need would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Robert

Because the new cDAQ-9173 is first supported in NI-DAQmx 2025 Q1 driver. Just simply upgrade your driver and you are good to go. Rest assured that you can still use LabVIEW 2023 with any later version of driver.
