problem of installation of Ni-Daq 7.4.1 on Windows 2000 computer

After the installation of NI-DAQ on my computer (Windows 2000, 256Mb of RAM, Pentium 4), my computer doesn't run. In addition, it is not possible to remove NI-DAQ. The only way to solve problem is to re-install Windows and to format the hard disk.
Is there someone who has already meet this problem?

We are not aware of such kind of problem. This must me an isolate issue due to some corrupted files on your computer. Nevertheless, if you encounter again this issue, don't hesitate to inform us about it.

Have you tried booting in safe mode to isolate/fix the issue? It may get you farther for less work than doing a full Win2000 install.
