Hello,
1. Yes it is possible to install multiple boards in one PC. Each card goes into a PCI slot.
2. If you want to measure many channels, it can be done from a single card as well since any particular card has more than one channel.
3. Multiple cards in a computer do not affect the sampling rate. Each card has its own maximum sampling rate information.
