I am trying to find MSIBLAST.zip.  I read on one of the posts that it should be at  ftp;//ftp.ni.com/outgoing/  but it does not appear to be there.
 Anyone know where it is?

May I ask why you need the MSIBlast utility?  This should be a last resort for installation/uninstallation errors.  Could you possibly tell me some more about your issue and maybe we could troubleshoot this without MSIBlast.
