Hi there,
PC w/ Labview measurement system running on LV2014/Win7 Pro OS environment has been wiped by colleagues due to blue screen crashes and reinstalled with Win10. Among others, NI BNC-2110 terminal block attached to NI PCI-6110 SCSI card seems to be addressable under NI Max (tested analog I/O with real signals).
However, the PCI card return bad install message in Windows device manager as well as the the LV program blocks using DAQ assistant return all 0 values. The PCI card(s) were installed with native NI drivers returned by Winupdate during OS Win10 install. Suspecting PCI Win driver culprit.
Should I use a Win downgrade PCI driver or... ?
So far, not able to find anything online. Anybody any idea?
Cheers

Did you install NI-DAQmx 19.1 or later?
According to NI Hardware and Software Operating System Compatibility, PCI-6110 is supported in Win10 with NI-DAQmx 19.1 or later.

Hi
I missed out on the instrument DAQ-OS compatibility chart. Thanks.
Actually, the LV program was written originally w/ LV2013, not 2014.
The NI LV version-DAQmx compatibility chart indicates as high as NI-DAQmx version 16.1 for LV2013.
I think that - unless we make a substantial upgrade of the LV version - I should revert to Win7 OS... 😞
