jackscrew thread

Hi,

We are using a SHC-68-68-EPM cable to interface between a PXI-6221 card and a custom signal conditioning card.  We have found a SCSI connector but need to specify the jackposts to accept the jackscrews that are fitted to the cable.  Does anyone know what thread these jackscrews are, please?  It does not seem to be specified on any drawing and is presumably some industry standard that is not mentioned anywhere.

Thanks,

Jon H

Hello Jon,

More information about the Jack Screws can be found in the Knowledgebase article found below:

http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/43771DBD89FADB7B86256BC90053EC08?OpenDocument

Although the thread size is described in the article, the orderable part number from National Instruments at the bottom of the page will ensure that you receive the correct size.

Regards,
