We have a DAQ which is not from  NI .

 

Can we program  DAQ  which is not from NI using labview software  .??

What drivers did you get for your device?  There are likely drivers to be used with LabVIEW.

we got drivers for ULx , istacal and  tracer daq  and the DAQ . .

ULx will work in LabVIEW

Can we create seperate EXE labview program which works for windows 32 and 64 bit ??

 

or all the exe files will run in all operating systems ?

For a new question, you should start a new thread. You should also have searched for this question as it is asked fairly often. If you want a 64-bit exe, you need to create it with 64-bit LabVIEW. You create a 32-bit exe with 32-bit LabVIEW. You can install a 32-bit exe on a 64-bit OS, though.
