i am looking for MSI Blast a utility to remove NI DAQ drivers

i was on phone earlier with a tech that told me that my NI DAQ driver was corupt and i need to re-install it, but i need to remove the old one first. it is not in the add / remove programs list. he suggested ii download a program called MSI blast from your websit. i cannot find it, please help!!!!!!!!

MSI blast is an internal utility that we only use in cases where systems have been highly corrupted. The preferred, and much safer, method for removing NI software is by using the dialog in Programs and Features or Add/Remove Programs. MSI blast skips steps that normal uninstallation uses and can result in system corruption if used incorrectly.
