how to make the analogical calibration of inputs/outputs AI and AO?

 hello

my probléme it is that I need an analogical calibration of the inputs/outputs of the chart, measurements which I do gives me of the values according to the scale that I chose and who do not have anything to have with the mésurées actual values, for example if I choose the scale between [ - 10,10 ], the posted value is 10,6V some is the measured size, and if I change the scale with [ - 5,5 ] the posted value becomes 5,3V.

the caused errors consernent just the inputs/outputs analoqic, whereas the inputs/outputs numerical walk well.

I make a reading of a signal sine comes from the GBF but I receive on the graph a constant signal of value depends on scale chooses as I explained above.

how to make the analogical calibration of inputs/outputs AI and AO?

You don't need calibration. If you get a constant dc value on the analog input, then either the input is out of range, you don't the connections correct, or the board is damaged. How exactly do you have the board connected to your signal and what is the signal type? Have you run the self test of the board? What is the model number of the board? What in the world is a GBF? Since the problem is with the reading, why are you asking about the analog outputs?

hello:

my signal is the type sinus of GBF witch its conncted by  Ai0 and Ai1.

my board is NI PCI 6221 and the modul externe is SCC 68

i do the self calibration of my board but without any resulat.

then , how can i do the calibration of my board ?

more information :my board have as a temperature -1112 °C .its not logical

I still do not know what a GBF is. I still do not know exactly how you have the inputs wired - need information on what a GBF is and what you have connected besides AI0 and AI1. I still do not know what configuration you have set for the measurement (i.e. dif, RSE, NRSE). I still do not know if you did the self-test. I have no idea what you mean that the board has a temperature of -1112 °C. The actual board measures that temp?

Since it seems you are not all that comfortable with English and have this thread where you are getting help, you should just stick to that.

hello:

GBF means generator of tension low frequency, which I connect on entered Ai0 and Ai1.

I carried out the car-calibration but does not go, and when I open measurement and on the mitre calibration I find the temperature current is -1112°C

then how to make the calibration?

more infrmation the chart is NI PCI 6221, the external module of entrés/sortis is SCC 68

That's not much more information and nothing makes any sense to me, sorry. I have no idea what kind of output this GBF provides. You would need to provide a link to it's specs. AND STILL provide details on the connections. If you are using Ai0 and Ai1, how do you have the gnds connected. To what pins of this GBF do you have connected to AI0 and AI1How do you have the DAQ configured? I keep asking the same questions and you keep ignoring them.

I also don't recognize the terms car-calibration or mitre calibration.

It seems that English is not your native language. Maybe you should just post in that. Hopefully, a native speaker will respond and get across the point of providing infromation that can be used to determine exactly what you are doing.
