I want to know how to convert a 4-20 ma output sensor to temperature using the NI-9208. I currently use a Redlion panel meter and it displays the temperature but has a add on module that outputs current from 0-20 ma & 4-20 ma option. I am new to acquiring this type of signal. I have successfully captured the current using the DAQ assistant, but now I want to convert the output to temperature using labview. I would like to create a a VI to convert to temperature. I would like to learn how to do this since my next task will be using a 4-20 ma pressure sensor and convert to PSI.
