Did Any one use NI USB module with fiber extender?

I need to put module under 10 kV.

Hi,

I'm not sure that I completly understand your question. Our USB-DAQ products do not work well with USB to fiber optic extenders - they add too much latency and most are just USB 1.0 compliant - if that. Device recognition is a problem, and throughput suffers.

I don't understand this -  "I need to put module under 10 kV." - do you mean you need isolation up to 10kV - or extend up to a certain distance?

System has 2 parts. One part uses usual ground. Another one works on floating ground under 1.6 kV.

Did you use USB 2.0 extender?
