continuous mutliple analog inputs, DAQ 6229 VB6

I realize to read from more than one analog input on a single board something to this effect must be done:

DAQmxCreateAIVoltageChan(taskHandle,"Dev1/ai6,Dev1/ai7","",DAQmx_Val_Diff,-10.0,10.0,DAQmx_Val_Volts,NULL)

which specifies a list or range of channels I wish to read from.

However I'm not sure how to make the appropriate read call if I want to make continuous acquisitions. Do I use

DAQmxReadAnalogF64 or DAQmxReadAnalogScalarF64, and if so can someone tell me explicitly how to access the data for each channel?
