channel shift

I'm using a USB-6259 and have configured a task in MAX for Ai1, Ai2, Ai3, Ai4, Ai5, Ai7, Ai8, Ai9, Ai10, Ai11 and when I run the task under MAX the channels are shifted down one meaning the table view list them as follows:  Ai11, Ai1, Ai2, Ai3, Ai4, Ai5, Ai7, Ai8, Ai9, Ai10 I verified this by physically monitoring the voltage at the DAQ screw terminal. I connected a different DAQ A USB 6212 and no problem c hannels list correctly. Im running  NI Device Driver Auguest 2015 version 15.  When I set up yhe task in LabView I see the same shift.

Hi there,

Thanks for posting on the NI forums! If you connect this piece of hardware to another computer and configure a task do you see the same channel shift in MAX? Just to confirm, you are using DAQmx version 15.0, correct?

Yes I connected another computer and saw the same shift I was able to resolve the problem selecting Reset Configuration Data Under the Tools menu option in max.

Thanks for your replay
