bode plots

Hi

Is there a way to  get bode plot for the signal that is coming out from  filter. I have external signal and using card 6025E I acquired this signal and used notch filter to filter the signal. I want to get bode plot of this filter output. Can anybody help?

The attached VI is a version of the VI from the developer zone article that has been modified to show only the frequency response plot.
