I'm doing projects on fall sensor using accelerometer.. After saving the data in text files format through Labview.. I'll then do standing and sitting down position.. Then ill transfer the data through microsoft Excel to view the wafevorm data.. Since there is a lots of data coming through, I didn't know how to extract only the standing and sitting position waveform.. Could anyone help me with this... An example will be great..thanks..

What is the difference between sitting and standing position in term of sensor reading?

Can you provide a picture of your data with the areas highlited so we can see the changes. Also it would be great to have the actual data to work with.

This is a graph(waveform) data of standing up and sitting down the chair..I've saved the data in text form which excel could read directly from it in tabular form.. I didn't know how to find the waveform of only the standing up and sitting on the chair..

From your graph, can you identify where is person stand up or sit down?

If you cannot identify, then no one can tell you how to analyze it with LabVIEW.
