Using Agilent 34970A in LabView yields error code -1073807343

The driver wizard has absolutely nothing to do with your controller. Don't run that unless you want to create a VISA interface to a new pci or USB device.

I'm not familiar with the Mac screens but you must have done a scan for instruments at some time since it's listed as a resource. In the windows version of MAX, you right click on the GPIB controller and select 'Scan for Instruments'. Since the instrument is listed as a valid VISA resource, I'm not sure what could be wrong. When you click on the little arrow on the right side of the VISA Resource Control, does it list GPIB0::9::INSTR?

This is weird. When i go back to NI-VISA Configuration it doesn't show the GPIB0::9::INSTR anymore.

What did you mean click on the little arrow on the right side of the visa resource control?

They CAN'T be the same.

Your VISA Resource control is what you have on the block diagram.
