USB nidaq weirdness

Hi,

Following an unexpected power shutdown, all my usb devices are not working properly. Trying to run test panels I get an error -88705 "The specified device is not present or is not active in the system. The device may not be installed on this system, may have been unplugged, or may not be installed correctly." They are all listed on the device tree in measurement and automation (cannot be deleted) even though I have unplugged all of them.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

It would be a really big help if you could elaborate on how you overcame this problem.

Went into control panel / administrative tools / services.

There I had to manually start 2 programs:

NI configuration manager

NI device loader

(right click the program and then choose 'start').
