USB-6003 trigger TTL level

I want to use the PFI of USB-6003 to trigger an AO. But I don't know the TTL logic level. Can I use 1.5V to drive the trigger?

It is stated on the page 4 of USB-6003 Specifications

LO is 0 to 0.8V

HI is 2.3 to 5V
