Can I use SPI communication with PCIe6323 card? I am trying to implement SPI communication for a RTD to digital converter. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

It is possible but NI-DAQmx is not the best hardware to do SPI communication. See Simple SPI Read with NI-DAQmx DIO and Serial Protocol Communication Reference Design for Digital Waveform Devices
