Hi Jey,
are you using traditional DAQ for Data acquisition?
If u are, then just reset the device after end of acq, by using Device reset.vi
I recall having this problem while switching from traditional DAQ to DAQ mx and solving it by resetting the daq device as explained
let me know if it works
regards
Dev

Hi,
Jey glad i could be of help to u!
Hope you have been able to locate all necssary info
To put in simple words, Traditional DAQ is the older version of device drivers for NI hardware and now its a legacy device driver, Now NI developed DAQ mx a more easier and advanced device driver( well, at times i have seen a few instances where traditional daq still seems to be a more suitable option!)
these two links should give u more info

Dev
