PC-DIO-96PnP Windows 98 Install Issue

I have ISA based PC-DIO-96PnP Card. The card gets detected in windows but the driver doesn't get configured properly. The property dialog box of the card reads:

"The device is not working properly because the BIOS in the device is reporting the resources for the device incorrectly (Code 9)"

I searched NI support. The issue is listed in document having document ID 1CHAPPG0. The solution is to get my card's firmware upgraded.

The problem now is where should I get the firmware for the card and how to upgarde the card's firmware
