Network Device Recognized, Hower Cannot Add Device: Error -201251

Hello NI Community,

I have an NI cDAQ-9185 running on NI MAX 17.1.1.  I am connected to my laptop with an ethernet cable.  My computer recognizes the device, but the device cannot be added.  I get Add Device -201251 error.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled NI MAX.  The cDAQ was working just last week with this version of MAX.  LabVIEW 2016 is also installed on the laptop.

I have been searching the forums for a solution and have not been able to find one. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. See attached photos of errors.
