NI cDAQ-9189 Not connecting to LabVIEW

Hi everyone,

 

I hope all is well. My company recently purchased an NI compact DAQ 9189 in order to take voltage and current measurements. We are able to get it to connect to the NI MAX but for some reason LabVIEW does not detect the physical device in the physical connections menu even when I scan for them. Does anyone know why this is and how I can get LabVIEW to detect the physical devices so I can measure the data? Thanks and have a nice day.

Ensure you've installed DAQmx drivers. 9189 is a chassis, what c-series modules are installed in the chassis?
