Hi im planning to buy a NI DAQ PCIe 6321 , i'm want also to buy accessories like bnc terminal and shielded cable .

Yes, that combination will work.

(Page 2-5 (PDF page 27) of the X Series User Manual lists supported BNC accessories for the PCIe-6321.)
