Most Updated Driver for DAQcard-6036e? Use with .NET?

I'm trying to find the most updated driver for a PCMCIA DAQcard-6036e. I downloaded 7.1, which says it has the ability to handle API calls from .NET. I'm using VB .NET and I simply want to read an analog input voltage on two channels, without Measurement Studio. Thanks.
