MatLab error loading nidaq32.dll for PCI-6602 in a 64 bit PC

I have to load the nidaq32.dll library for PCI-NI6602 with MatLab; I can do this operation in a 32 bit PC, but when I try to load the library from a 64 bit PC which use Windows 2000 (32 bit) the resulting error is "failed to load library".

Have I make particular settings for a 32 bit O.S if it's installed on 64 bit PC? I imagine that he library is built for 32 bit applications, and the machine works in reality at 32 bit, but why I have problems with loading the nidaq32.dll? Does exist the same library for 64 bit machine?
