LabView becomes unresponsive after running VI

My Vi program crashes/freezes unexpectadly after running for about a minute. Its purpose is to create multiple files, and write and rewrite to them continuously. Currently, the program creates, writes, and rewrites to 4 files, and does this for about 2 iterations. It then becomes unresponsive without giving any sort of output error/message. I've tried changing the time delays, even removing them completely, but it doesnt seem to fix the situation.

Can you describe what you mean by crash/freeze? How do you know how many times it ran before hanging? Have you tried running it with Highlight Execution to narrow down the cause?
