Thank you for your post. I guess first we would need some more information about your system. There could of course be issues that come up, regardless of how many pieces of hardware you are using. But the question becomes then what the application is and how it needs to function. If you need these devices to be synchronized, you could run into issues there. If you need it to stream at high speeds, you could run into issues there. You can do all of this within one VI, but it is hard to say exactly where the issues would come from.
