Issue with NI-980 Module or Transceiver Cable

I have an NI-9860 CAN Module connected to my Multifunction C-DAQ. The transceiver cable I’m using with this module seems to have stopped working. The C-DAQ can detect the NI-9860 Module, and the module can also identify which port the transceiver cable cable is connected to. The cable was functioning normally until a few days ago but suddenly stopped working. NI-MAX now indicates that the cable is not receiving power. I’ve attached an image below that shows the exact issue.
