Is there any particular range in which daq 6009 should be placed with pc?

Hi,

I have daq 6009, I have all hardware including daq at one place which is roughly 24 meter away from my pc. Is it fine to use 24 meter usb extension?  Will there be any signal lost? For long distances, NI has wireless daq but will this daq work if i place it that far?

The maximum length for a standard USB 2.0 cable is 5 meters. Here's a resource that also suggests what to do for long distance applications:

You might want to try Ethernet USB extenders. Look at B&B Electronics, or Black Box.
