The sample source code is mentioned on page 4-1 as a "Companion Disk"

If you haven't yet, I would recommend downloading the Measurement Hardware DDK which should include various examples. Below is a link to download. Also, for additional questions, I would recommend posting to the DDK discussion forum in order to interact with other customers using the DDK. I hope this helps.
