How to un-install LV2013 runtime engine?

I am having problem installing my application on the target machine. See attached file for error. I have installed my application on the fresh computer and had no such error. Looks like some components of the LV2013 runtime engine is not installed or corrupted on the target machine. I am not finding the LV2013 runtime engine in the list of NI software products. How to repair or re-install the LV2013 runtime engine?
