Hello Jamie G,
Thank you for contacting National Instruments.
If you haven't already, install NI-DAQ 7.3, the newest version of NI's DAQ driver. This should provide support for your DAQCard.
Please let me know if this does not work.
Sincerely,
Sean Close

Hello Jamie,
What kind of computer are you using? When the Found New Hardware Wizard comes up, does it list the card as a NI device? Does the card show up in your Device Manager?
There have been some reports of DAQCards not being recognized in Windows 2000. Please see the following Knowledge Base for more information: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/9AA4DAA0FEF3FA6886256D510063BC61?OpenDocument .
Do you have the native socket driver installed for your PCMCIA, or are you using a 3rd party driver? NI's products have only been tested with the Windows socket driver.
Please let me know if this does not help.
