Excel examples

Does any one have or can point me to examples on how to read a single column and  "x" number of rows? in Excel?   Specifically, the "Excel get data.vi" in the Report Generations Tool Kit ?  What is the "Report in " ( Report Refnum) connection in the vi ??

Hi Clint,

You need to open reference to an existing excel document using the "New Report.vi". The "report out" wire can then be connected to the "report in" for the "Excel Get Data". To specify all rows for a particular column, create a constant or control for the "start" input of the "Excel Get Data". Attached is a sample code.
