Plus I do not understand,  are you are saying that  have connected the 9V DC power supply's earth to GND on your test fixture, and in turn this GND is connected to the DGND of your 6250??

I am sorry My 9V DC source is WITHOUT earth. I would like to say that  9V DC power supply's negative terminal  (GND) on my  test fixture, and in turn this GND is connected to the DGND of your 6250??

I guess we have to draw a line here.

This thread has indeed grown beyond all propotions.

From this information, i cannot commit and say for sure if this wiring is correct.

So, this is what i advise :

I advise you read the specs of Digital channels on your 6250's user manual and sit down with the specs of your fixture design and decide if this wiring id Ok

my intention is to say that as of now, this discussion has gone for too long with repeating of questions and answers.
