Hi prabhuindia
It sounds like either the ISA bridge has been damaged or some of the internal circuitry,
and will need to be repaired or replaced.
We suggest you contact the branch you purchased the board from to arrange for a RMA number (Returns number).
They will give you details on where to ship the board to and if we still repair that board.

Hi Prabhu
I would suggest the PCI-6024E to replace your AT card
This has the same inputs and outputs (analog, digital and counter) while sampling at twice the rate.
Also this card is compatible with Traditional DAQ 6.5 and higher so should just be a direct replacement.
In this regard you should hopefully not have to reprogram your code, just give the 6024E card the same
Device number as your old AT card.
Sales might try and get you to go for an M-Series card, while these cards are very good and are
generally cheaper than the equivalent E-Seires card. They are DAQmx only cards so you will have to
rewrite your code using DAQmx.
Hope this helps you
