Even though you posted this to the DAQ board, I'm going to assume that you are using LabVIEW and meant to post your question there.
There is no property for this but you can use the event structure. One of the possible events is Mouse Enter. You also have the Mouse Leave event if you need to know when the mouse is no long over the control.
