Discovered but not added to the network error for cDAQ 9189 in MAX

I am having problems adding cDAQ-9189 chassis to MAX.
The chassis shows up in MAX, but when I click on Add Device I get error -201401(Image attached). I tried to add the chassis manually by entering the IP address and got "The device you requested could not be found on the network" error
My PC has Windows 8 OS and has internet connection. The chassis is connected to local LAN and my PC is connected to same LAN and I'm able to ping with cDAQ in cmd and get response back. I'm using Standard Ethernet cable. The version of NI MAX is 20.0.0f0
My system IP address and cDAQ IP address images are attached. Can somebody help me to resolve this issue. Thanks in Advance
