I am using NI9205 and NI 9171USB DAQ, A battery and a DC output were wired to NI9205.
However when using MAX (creat task function), Signal express or a program I created using DAQmx functions to get the voltage output,
I got different readings for the same channel (20-50% variation). and it turned out that only the readings from my own program are the same as what I measured using a portable multimeter,
Really do not understand how could that be possible? what could be wrong with the MAX and Signal Express?
BTW, I have made sure that I set the connection method to be RSE in all three cases.
Anyone's input will be greatly appreciated.
