DC offset with icp accelerometer

I am using a NI 4472 card to measure several different signals. Some of them need to be DC coupled and the ones with the accelerometers need to be AC coupled to avoid a DC offset. The problem is that I get a DC offset on the accelerometer outputs unless I configure all of the channels for AC coupling. I am using a vi that I downloaded from NI to configure the channels (attached).

Basically you need to give the filter on the board a few seconds for the DC signal to decay down to 0V. Then you should not see the offset with the AC coupling.
