DAQPad 6015 under memory problem?

Dear friends:
i am trying to generate pulse signal (10 Hz, 0-2 Volts). and i hope every seconds this pulse signal can output 10 pulses. and i want to count pulse number to confirm how many pulses have been output.
does any one have some idea to do it?
i put my vi. in the attachment. and there is always a problem of 'device memory underflow'.
any one can help me?
cheers
dan

The ideal situation would have been generate 10Hz signal on one of your AO channels and if the amplitude is less than TTL high ( < 5V), you can loop it back and measure using your counter channel

But this Hardware has one drawback

Its AO update rates are pretty low

Software timed = 300 samples/sec

Hardware timed = 50 samples per sec

and both these values are system dependent

So I cannot assure that you will be able to generate a good10Hz Pulse with such low update rates

( with 300 samples/sec, you must be able to, but definitely not a good quality pulse with a 50 samples /sec update rate)

Hope this helps

Dev

thank you Dev:
i never know that the AO update is so low.
according to your information, i can not generate a 100 Hz pulse, since AO updat rate is may be less than 300 samples/second.
thank you any way.
i will keep trying.
