DAQ-6363 Using External Clock to Generate Datastream

I have a clock signal on a PFI channel as an input from a generator. I want to generate a datastream, but sync it with the clock PFI channel.

Is this possible to do with a task/DAQMx Drivers or do I have to bit bang with the drivers?

Yes, you can use configure PFI as the source of your Sample Clock timing.
