I would like to connect several USB-6009 to one computer and write a Matlab file to record data. I currently have the capability to use one USB-6009 but need more analog input channels. Is possible to connect more that one DAQ to a single computer?

Yes it is. Multiple devices all have a unique identifier, typically Dev1, Dev2, ...
